ARGUS Solar Panel Module Crack Test PV Production Line Equipment EL Tester with Solar CellDescriptionThis equipment is used for crystalline silicon solar cell IV testing&selecting automatically. It supports online&offline two modes, carry on 3A Class light, testing solar cell power level, automatic selecting.
Brief Introduction
Solar Cell EL Test System(Automatic) detects defects of crystalline silicon, forms a complete Solar Cell Production Line, achieves materials self-feeding and automatic test. Users can mark the defects and save it as data in database. PC control software can be connected with customer's system via Ethernet interface to transmit the test results and alarm information and also can be added other functions as customized.
Equipment performance
1.Solar Cell EL Test System(Automatic) applies electroluminescent principle and use CCD camera with high resolution to take near-infrared images to observe the defects.
2.With intuitive results and high sensitivity/speed, it is the key equipment to enhance the quality of PV solar modules. With infrared detecting, it has complete control of the solar internal problems and provides a basis for improving the production process and solar module quality. After the detecting, you can give the laser module a repair in time to reduce losses as much as possible.
3.Imported Japanese TDK-LAMBDA programmable power supply, a wide range of input voltage from 110V to 240V which ensures it runs stably. Output voltage and other function switching and adjustment will be achieved through manual and control software interface. With Max. overload output power of 760 watts, and comes with overload protection to avoid misuse damage to the solar cells.
4.Fully enclosed optical system and the thermostat cooling system make the test environment remain in fully dark room and constant temperature, which ensures the stable running of entire system intuitive result and accuracy, avoids noises caused by outside unstable temperature and light.
5.Professional PC control software to monitor the entire testing process, and can be connected to the client system, to meet different application needs.

Applicable field
While processing the solar module, it can easily produce invisible defects such as Printing Flaws, Sintering Defect, Process Crack, Materials Crack, Electric Leakage because it adopts hundred micro crystalline silicons as a carrier. So we need this machine to test the defects of the solar module.

2.CCD camera with SONY sensor chip, excellent imaging results, cooling system, the cold effect can reach -20ºC, further enhanced image quality. Different configurations of camera:1.4 million resolution and 6 million resolution can be chosen. Dual-camera can be installed.
3.Professional PC software can not only monitor the testing process but allows customer to direct labeling of defect types, saved along with the test results.
